Thanks everyone for the updates. I visited Berney Arms on 12th April and can confirm that the fantail is laying on the grass next to the mill awaiting installation, see the picture. No sign of anyone but I was there at 8am! Maybe things are starting to happen after all. Just the main sails to go!

Hi Andy. We went to the mill on 22nd April and the fan tail is now installed on the top of the mill. No sign of the sails as yet lets hope that they follow shortly. Will send you a photo. Regards Dave R
