Lister-Petter Pensioners' Christmas Dinner

Post by Patricia »

What do you have to do to qualify for being invited to Lister Petter's Christmas Dinner

I worked at Lister's for over 23 years. I am 65 years

I don't mind paying for the privilege but would just like the opportunity to meet up with fellow workers who I have not seen since leaving in 1992.

A lot of the people I worked with for a large part of my working life, I also went to school with.

While I was at Lister's nearly everyone lived in Dursley or the surrounding area and there was a wonderful camaraderie in the workplace.

Hi Patricia

I think your best bet is to contact Hugh Tipper at the Lister social club in Long Street, which I know is where it's held. He should be able to help or point you in the right direction.

What about the Christmas Parties that Lister's gave for the children of their employees. I can remember going to several. Has anyone got any information?
