You will need to register before you can post a message.

You can post new messages or reply to an existing one as follows:

To start a new discussion
-----------------------------
1) Click on the forum of interest.

2) Click on "New Topic" (Note: you will need to login if not already done so).

3) Type a subject and complete your message.

4) If you want to get an email when someone replies to your message, make sure the “Notify me when a reply is posted” box is ticked.

5) Click on "Submit" to post your message.

To reply to an existing topic
--------------------------------
1) Click on the forum of interest

2) Click on the topic of interest to view all the existing messages.

3) To add another you can do one of the following things:

4) To add another new message on to the end of the list, click “Post Reply”, type the message, give it a subject and click “Submit”. (Note: you will need to login if not already done so)

5) To respond to a particular point made within an existing message on the list, click on “Quote” next to the message. This will bring up a new box containing the old message. Type your reply after the final
text and click “Submit”. (Note: if you want to home in on a specific section of the earlier message you can delete some of its text but make sure it still says "[ quote]" at the start and "
" at the end.)

6) If you want to get an email when someone replies to your message, make sure the “Notify me when a reply is posted” box is ticked.

7) Click on "Submit" to post your message.

To add images to a post
--------------------------------
1) To add an image to a new post, select "Upload Attachment", then browse to the file on your computer.

2) Add a file name comment to the image.

3) Please ensure all images are in jpg format and ideally less than 100KB.
